Planning your visit
5 answersHow do I book an appointment?+
Call the clinic, WhatsApp us, or submit the contact form with your preferred slot. Our team responds during active clinic hours and helps you plan the next appointment step.
Can I walk in or do I need an appointment?+
Pre-booking is better because it helps us keep consultation time aside and review your concern properly. Same-day slots may be possible depending on the clinic schedule, so please call before coming.
Which documents should I bring for my first visit?+
Carry old X-rays, MRI films or reports, blood reports, a list of medicines, and any previous surgery notes. Sharing reports before the visit can help us prepare, but it does not replace examination in OPD.
Do you accept insurance and cashless TPA?+
Yes. We are empanelled with MediAssist, Paramount, FHPL, Vidal Health, ICICI Lombard, and other major TPAs. Bring your policy card and ID so our insurance desk can help with cashless approval or reimbursement paperwork.
Where exactly is the clinic in South Delhi?+
The clinic is at Ground Floor, A-98, Block A, Chittaranjan Park, New Delhi, Delhi 110019, India. It is accessible from Nehru Place Metro, Greater Kailash, New Friends Colony, Okhla, and nearby South Delhi areas. Call or WhatsApp before coming so the team can guide you on appointment timing and directions.
Treatment journey & recovery
3 answersWhat happens during the first consultation?+
Expect a detailed conversation about your pain, daily routine, and previous treatment, followed by a focused examination. If an X-ray or ultrasound is likely to change the plan and a slot is available, we guide that during the visit.
How soon can imaging, physiotherapy, or surgery be arranged?+
Imaging and physiotherapy are planned based on clinical need and available slots. If surgery is discussed, our team explains the next steps for clearances, hospital admission, TPA or insurance paperwork, and follow-up.
How long does recovery take after knee or shoulder surgery?+
Recovery depends on the procedure, pain control, health profile, and rehab progress. Dr. Gaur explains expected milestones, warning signs, home care, and when physiotherapy or review visits are needed.
Service-specific answers
10 answersWhat knee & meniscus care do you offer?+
We assess knee pain by checking swelling, locking, giving way, walking, X-rays, and MRI when needed. Treatment may include medicines, physiotherapy, bracing, injections, or arthroscopy when symptoms, examination, and scan findings support it.

How do you treat shoulder & upper limb problems?+
We first separate stiffness, weakness, injury, and neck-related pain because treatment changes with the cause. Depending on the diagnosis, the plan may include medicines, physiotherapy, injection, ultrasound or MRI review, or arthroscopic repair.

What is unique about your knee replacement program?+
Knee replacement is discussed when pain, deformity, walking limits, X-ray changes, and response to non-surgical care all point in that direction. We explain implant choices, hospital steps, TPA paperwork, home preparation, and rehab before you decide.

Do you offer arthroscopy for sports injuries?+
Yes, but only for selected injuries where symptoms, examination, and imaging suggest that repair or reconstruction will help. Return to sport is planned in phases after swelling, strength, control, and confidence are reviewed.

How do you manage spine & nerve pain?+
We check pain pattern, strength, sensation, reflexes, walking, and warning signs before deciding the next step. MRI is useful when it is likely to change treatment. Many patients start with medicines and physiotherapy; injections or surgery opinion are discussed only when needed.

What hip & pelvic disorder care is available?+
Hip care starts by checking whether pain is coming from the hip joint, back, muscle, or fracture risk. We review walking, hip movement, X-rays, and MRI or CT when needed, then discuss exercises, medicines, injections, joint preservation, or replacement only when appropriate.

Can you help athletes improve performance safely?+
We help runners, footballers, racket-sport players, gym users, and weekend athletes return gradually. The plan looks at pain, swelling, strength, balance, load, technique, and sport goals before increasing activity.

Do you provide in-house diagnostics?+
Digital X-rays are available at the clinic when they are needed for your consultation. Findings are explained with your symptoms and examination, and MRI, CT, blood tests, or bone density scans are coordinated only when they are likely to change the plan.

What does your physiotherapy & rehab service include?+

How do you approach fracture & trauma care?+
