How we use appointment and report-sharing details
This page explains how Dr. Himanshu Gaur Orthopaedic & Joint Clinic uses details you share through this website, phone calls, and WhatsApp. It is written for patients and families, not as a legal contract.
What we collect
Appointment and callback forms may ask for your name, phone number, and a short note about your concern. If you contact us on WhatsApp, you may also choose to share symptoms, X-ray or MRI reports, or appointment preferences.
How we use it
We use these details to respond to your appointment request, call or message you about the next step, coordinate clinic visits, and help you bring the right reports for consultation.
Who may see it
Your request may be seen by the clinic team and, where needed for appointment guidance, by Dr. Himanshu Gaur. We do not ask you to send unrelated identity, payment, or personal documents through the website.
WhatsApp and report sharing
WhatsApp can help us understand what kind of appointment you may need, but report review over WhatsApp is preliminary. It does not replace an in-person examination or a formal diagnosis.
Please avoid sending Aadhaar, payment details, insurance card images, or unrelated personal documents on WhatsApp unless the clinic specifically asks for them for an appointment or hospital process.
Emergencies
This website and WhatsApp are not emergency services. If you have severe injury, visible deformity, new weakness, loss of bladder or bowel control, fever with a hot swollen joint, or rapidly worsening symptoms, seek urgent medical care instead of waiting for an online reply.
Questions or corrections
If you want to correct appointment details or ask how your information is being used, contact the clinic directly.
